MJP Realty OPC began its journey as MP Real Estate Marketing, officially registered on December 28, 2020, under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The company was founded with a clear mission: to provide buyers with better real estate services and help them secure valuable investments.
Despite launching in the middle of the pandemic, the company thrived. Its first client, connected through Facebook, invested in Bailen, Cavite, and remains an active investor to this day. This early success demonstrated the company’s ability to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional opportunities.
As MP Real Estate Marketing grew, it attracted more clients, partners, and investors. However, corporate buyers required input VAT, which led to the transition from MP Real Estate Marketing to MJP Realty OPC. This move was not just about compliance—it was a strategic step toward expanding the company’s reach and preparing for future growth.
